It seems like it was just weeks ago since we had our last holiday. You know, Thanksgiving will be here next month and I am sure it will be very busy; however what are we thankful today? If you are alive, you should be thankful to God. There is a answer to be said about that. Sometimes, we may not be happy because of any situation and we need encouragement. I use to semi happy and thought that things would be bring happiness; however; I see things differently now since I have Jesus in my heart. He saved me, made me clean, gave me a new outlook on life. Do you have a new outlook on life? Jesus can give you that and its FREE! He promises to give eternal life, living forever and abundant life! Don't it sound great to think Jesus can take all fears, worries, and anything that can cause stress in this life. We have had a very busy year, so far. The Lord is always good. He nevers ever fails us. He is always on time and always provides our needs. Before, I got saved, I was a man unto myself. I looked out for # me and no one else. That changed when I had accepted what Jesus did on the Cross for me.  I look back now, and am glad I escaped Hell! People are busy and sometimes, we do things to make us busier. How about take time out and seek God 1st. Jesus does not want anyone to go to Hell. He died and rose again so whosoever can be saved by His Grace. None of us, if we are honest are good enough to get to Heaven on our own accord or ways. Good Works, Never Save Anyone! Sometimes, I am so busy with everything I must do, other things that pop up and having time for family, friends and vacations, lol. I am reminded in His Word, that we should do whatever we do with all our might. The book of Ecclesiastes 9:10 says,' Whatever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy migft; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.' That reminds me of this. Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ? So many pray and go to church; but in order to get to Heaven, you have to know God in a personal way. In reality, its not a prank, its a lie. In the book of Colossians 3:9, ' Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds.' If a Christian tells a lie, he/she is not only hurting their testimony, but have you thought about others and what does God think? If lie, it opens the door to sin and sin wants to claim a life. So, be on guard Christian and realize instead of pleasing Jesus; you will pleasing the enemy by 1 lie. In the Old Testament, when someone had told a lie; there a punishment to follow. However, if you lie and it does not bother at all. Something is wrong. You see, if a Christian lies; then God will chasten or correct them. If you are not bothered by lies, then there is a good indication that you are not saved by His Grace. My friend, realize that without Christ; there is no life and all you have to do is ask Jesus to save you from your sins and He Will Do It.

This time next week, we will be springing forward to the new time change. Have you ever thought what would happen if time stood still and it was always high noon? The world would have to change its plans, procedures and promotions. The bible talks about a story where God made the sun to stand still. In the book of Joshua chapter 10, we see that Joshua talked to the Lord and the sun actually stood still and did not change until Israel had won the battle. It would be amazing to have seen the Lord help his children win. That raises a serious question. Are you a child of God? God does not have any grand children, only children. The bible says in the gospel John 3:3 'Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.' For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved.' Romans 10:13. In today's society, people are looking for the next big thing or the latest happening. However, there is no new under the sun. That means, all these we need to quit spinning our wheels in a maybe and trust God with our life. So any people depend upon maybe, its time to depend upon God.
